Project in detail

Members of this project:

SAVE is a representative, longitudinal survey on households' financial behavior with a special focus on savings and old-age provision. The SAVE panel (Sparen und AltersVersorgE in Deutschland) was started in 2001 and was completed with the tenth wave of data collection in 2013. SAVE was supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG) until 2010 and afterwards by the Max Planck Society. In addition, SAVE 2013 received funding from the German Association of Insurance Economics (DVfVW). Various projects within and especially outside the institute continue using SAVE data. In this project we deal with making the SAVE data accessible, this includes tailored user support.
